Again from surfing the WordPress tags, I came across another idea for meming our Monday’s away.
Today’s topic is the space from which you blog. Mainly I blog from the office in our home, a rather unkempt room converted from a guest bedroom or the dining room table. Both places are not terribly well lit or ergonomic in any way and the chairs make my bum ache.

I also write and blog from the public library in The Fort before yoga or at Starbucks over in the Safeway. And of course on my travels it has been from various hotel rooms with my absolute favorite being The Hampton Inn.

Kathi – are you hiring minions? Great office!
I blog at the kitchen table where I get best reception. It has a great table cloth right now and if I am lucky an elk may walk by and stick his nose on the screen. He does this about once a week.

New Office
I blog from my kitchen table or from the Lazyboy couch (using a lap table)–sometimes on the deck and sometimes on paper when I am without the computer.

I love it!
Can’t show it, but I have a section of wall in what should be a dining room. My wife has the other section of wall. It’s a flat, cheap table with an even cheaper chair, and like yours, it makes my cheeks hurt. It’s piled helter-skelter with papers, toys, sundry items I can’t identify, and is where I spend most of my time at home.
can’t show it because at the moment i’m in my underwear* – just showered before work! i’m in a glider rocker, in my upstairs living room. personal laptop sits on a table to the right, work laptop to my left. and the mini-PC (Asus) on the coffee table. i’m a geek. but the chair is comfortable!
*not the fun kind i used for the “double corset” work with nursemyra, but the ‘regular’ kind!
